Is This THE BEST Social Mode Ever? Husky Raid Added To Halo Infinite!

What’s good everybody? I hope you’re all having a great day! Hey, check it! Halo launched an update yesterday, with their regular bi-weekly updates, and they included a new game mode called Husky Raid, which is knocking lights out—it’s hella fun! Apparently, it was a big fan-favorite mode in Halo 5. I didn’t play Halo 5, but they added it here, and it’s been a lot of fun.

It really goes to show that 343 and Halo continue to catch W’s (wins). All the maps in Husky Raid are Forge-made Maps by the community, AKA fans of the game. So, I guess they are fan-made, but they’re hella nice. I only got a chance to play through three of them, because I kept getting the same two maps twice. I hope to be playing more of it because those maps are fun. Smallhalla is freaking small! Low-key, I guess that’s in the name, but anyway, I digress.

The game is pretty fun. It’s one of those few social modes that is actually… what’s the right word? It’s a social mode that’s fun, but most social modes are supposed to be fun. It’s more fun than Fiesta, let me put it that way, because I don’t really like Fiesta other than doing a few warm-ups on it. I’ve never really found Fiesta all that much fun, but the CTF in this whole thing kind of increases the fun.

All I’m trying to say is the mode is fun! I’m on the Halo YouTube channel, and normally this thing is just L’s (losses) for 343; people hate 343 and all that kind of stuff. But the level of detail Forge is pushing is insane! Some of these almost look like Dev-made Maps. People are respecting it, man. These Maps look great! I can’t wait to play on them after work. Great job, 343!

I’m telling you, 20 maps in one season is really damn good. Most other live service games only get three to five. This is where it’s weird, because people say Forge is such a crutch for 343. They made a tool to make more maps faster, and it’s Community-Driven. The only thing I would like to see them do is make it so that the creators of these Forge Maps get monetized. Everyone shouldn’t be getting paid; Hills and 343 and Microsoft won’t be getting paid, too, if forgers were able to get paid off Forge Maps. You could only imagine the amount of talent and time people would throw into it!

Husky Raid in Halo 5 was a ton of fun. I’m glad to see it back. I hope everyone enjoys these Maps, especially Discipline. I don’t know who Disicpline is, but I’m sure he’s a great guy. I’m gonna like your post. Whoever made Smallhalla should get an award—super detailed and a hilarious name. Best mapping! I hated Smallhalla. Yeah, it wasn’t that bad; you could at least in Smallhalla, you can’t fall off the map, man.

You can use equipment while carrying the flag in Husky Raid! 343 added Husky Raid, a fan-favorite mode, to Halo Infinite, and I can’t play due to strict skill-based matchmaking, even with a VPN connecting to the US. Rip, man. You need a burner account, sir. I love Husky Raid. With Husky Raid now in matchmaking, it’s worth remembering how to counter certain equipment. You can also grapple Flags when they aren’t on the home base. Yesterday, 343 Industries added nine new maps to Halo Infinite matchmaking, which brings the total number of matchmaking maps to 52! Holy [expletive]!

All I’m trying to say is, go play Husky Raid, it’s out now! It was fun, though. Hopefully, it’s one of those modes that would really benefit from like a full Squad. It’s another reason that Halo is trending in the right direction these days, and I had a ton of fun with it. Hope you guys enjoy it, too. Let me know what other game modes you’d love to see in upcoming updates, like Husky Raid, that you would love to see make it into the community playlists. What I’m trying to say is, go play Halo! Alright, cheers, that’s it!

Ai Header Image Prompt: A high-quality, highly detailed digital art banner image in an energetic anime style. The central focus is an abstract, glowing futuristic flag, reminiscent of the Halo Capture the Flag objective, captured in a moment of dynamic motion. Surrounding the flag, sharp geometric shapes and vibrant streaks of light burst outwards, conveying extreme speed, chaos, and close-quarters combat within a confined space. The background features blurred, abstract angular structures and digital patterns, hinting at a community-forged arena. The color palette is vibrant and futuristic, dominated by electric blues, neon greens, and contrasting fiery reds and oranges. The overall composition should feel explosive and exhilarating, emphasizing movement and fun. There are no identifiable characters, hands, or limbs. Ensure a painterly digital texture and dynamic brushwork to prevent an overtly AI-generated look. The image is entirely abstract and contains no text or titles.
